In this position, you will be a key player in providing exceptional support to our Swedish-speaking clients. Your excellent communication skills will help build strong relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction among our clients as you address their concerns and inquiries.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Delivering outstanding customer service to our Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Documenting all client interactions accurately in our CRM system to enable effective follow-up.




Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Staying informed about our products and services to provide clients with the best possible assistance.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
Fluency in Swedish (both written and verbal); proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
A positive and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and take full advantage of our paid relocation package.
