Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a talented Danish Speaking Solutions Consultant with the exciting opportunity for relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will utilize your language skills and expertise to assist clients in leveraging our innovative solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored strategies that foster business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Identify client requirements and business objectives through direct engagement and consultations.
Design and present customized solutions that effectively address client challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations to enhance client experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and client satisfaction.
Conduct training sessions to empower clients and help them maximize the use of our products.




Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to provide relevant and insightful advice to clients.
Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also preferred.
Prior experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related role is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients.
Familiarity with technology solutions and a willingness to learn new tools.
A self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
