This position is perfect for individuals passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering excellent customer support. In this role, you will engage with clients in Italian, assisting them with inquiries related to imaging products and ensuring they receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to imaging technology products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
Provide detailed information about product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting.
Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and technical issues.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and courteously to ensure satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.




Collaborate with technical support and operational teams to address customer needs swiftly.
Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to enhance the customer experience.
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English or Greek is advantageous.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or imaging sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
