ph3About the Position: /h3pWe are looking for a Plant HR Specialist to join the Ride Dynamics People Rewards team, reporting directly to the Plant HR Manager. This position is based at our office in Sulmona (Italy). As the Plant HR Specialist at Marelli, you will support all human resources functions within a manufacturing plant environment, ensuring effective workforce management, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, and alignment of HR practices with production and operational goals in a fast‑paced automotive setting. /ph3Your Responsibilities will be: /h3ulliFocus on Health and Safety Culture and Mindset /liliWorkforce Planning Staffing: Ensures the plant has the right number of employees with the required skills by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and workforce allocation based on production needs. /liliEmployee Relations: Manages day‑to‑day interactions with employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and productive work environment. /liliTraining Development: Supports employee growth by defining training budget, organizing training programs, tracking skill development, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives. /liliLabor Relations Compliance: Ensures adherence to labor laws, company policies, and collective agreements,
