We are currently seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our Italian-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, assisting them through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements in customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.




- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the overall customer experience.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members by sharing best practices and insights from your experience.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to facilitate conversations with a diverse range of customers while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.
