In this pivotal role, you will assist users navigating our online platform, offering support and solutions to ensure a seamless experience. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking users via email, live chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding the online platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to user accounts and platform functionalities efficiently.
- Guide users on how to maximize their experience on the platform and utilize its features effectively.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and communicate common issues faced by users, proposing potential solutions.
- Keep abreast of platform updates and new features to provide accurate and up-to-date support.




- Conduct follow-ups with users to ensure satisfaction with the resolution provided.

Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within an online platform environment.
- Strong understanding of online platforms and technology-related services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
