We are currently seeking an Italian Speaking Partner Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong service orientation and fluency in Italian, dedicated to providing high-quality support to our partners.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist partners with inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our services.
- Educate partners on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex partner issues and develop solutions.
- Follow up regularly with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.




- Keep up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to improve support services.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Experience with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
