Key Responsibilities
Manage inquiries from Italian-speaking customers across various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Provide information about products and services while assisting customers with their queries and concerns.
Resolve issues effectively and promptly, ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.

Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and support.
Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide accurate assistance.
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
Ability to resolve problems efficiently and professionally.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and general computer proficiency.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
