Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Helpdesk Agent to work remotely from Greece, with a paid relocation package available for eligible candidates. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to provide top-notch customer support while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a Helpdesk Agent, you will assist our Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to our products and services while resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system accurately.
Work collaboratively with other teams to address and escalate complex customer issues when necessary.




Stay informed about product updates, services, and policies to provide current and accurate information to customers.
Provide feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience and support processes.
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk role is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide clear guidance to customers.
Familiarity with CRM systems and helpdesk software is advantageous.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
A positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
