Your Role:
Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
Communicate effectively through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Become familiar with client systems in order to provide accurate and timely assistance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth resolution of customer issues.
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to new workflows.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this exciting opportunity!
