Your Role:
Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.
Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Become familiar with our client systems to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies suitable for remote work.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Open to relocating to Greece for this exciting opportunity!
