Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients to assess their needs and develop a clear understanding of their business goals.
Create and present customized solutions that effectively address client challenges and deliver tangible results.
Serve as a knowledgeable advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in using our products to their fullest potential.
Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with informed advice.
Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is highly advantageous.
