Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring all inquiries are handled with professionalism and care.
Communicate effectively through various platforms including phone, email, and chat.
Become well-acquainted with our client systems to provide effective support.
Collaborate with your team to ensure prompt and thorough resolution of customer issues.
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools relevant to remote work.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Open to relocating to Greece for this wonderful opportunity!
