Your Role:
Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are managed with care and professionalism.
Communicate through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Become knowledgeable about our client systems to provide high-quality assistance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to remote working tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to work in a remote role from Greece.
