, contribuirai a supportare i clienti nell'affrontare le sfide legate alle principali aree della fiscalità. Opererai in uno scenario in continua evoluzione, dove normative nazionali e internazionali si intrecciano con le aspettative del mercato e dell'opinione pubblica su temi cruciali come l'etica, la trasparenza e la corporate governance.
Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:
Strutturare ed eseguire analisi di conformità alla normativa fiscale italiana e alle linee guida OCSE, sotto la supervisione di consulenti più esperti;
Analizzare la catena del valore dei gruppi attraverso interviste al management;
Analizzare bilanci e contratti infragruppo;
Eseguire analisi di benchmarking;
Redigere la documentazione sul transfer pricing sotto la supervisione di consulenti più esperti;
Sviluppare le proprie conoscenze teoriche in materia di fiscalità internazionale, anche attraverso attività di ricerca su tematiche specifiche.

Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche o giuridiche;
Volontà di intraprendere la pratica professionale come dottore commercialista e/o avvocato;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
Ottime capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
Spiccate capacità organizzative, spirito d'iniziativa e problem solving;
Approccio flessibile e dinamico.
Sarà considerato un plus un Master di II livello in Diritto Tributario.

We are recruiting a professional to join our
Transfer Pricing
team in
Padua
, who will perform international tax analyses to establish the transfer prices of goods, services and financial transactions between companies in the same industrial or financial group, in order to determine the proper tax base in each tax jurisdiction in which the group operates.




Specifically, the successful candidate will be tasked with:
Structuring and performing compliance analyses with Italian tax legislation and the OECD guidelines, under the supervision of more senior consultants;
Analysing the value chain of groups by interviewing management;
Analysing financial statements and intragroup contracts;
Performance of benchmarking analysis;
Drafting of transfer pricing documentation under the supervision of more senior consultants;
Developing their theoretical knowledge of the international tax matters that could be the subject of specific research.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
Master's degree in business (LM-56 and LM-77) or Law (LMG-01);
Qualification to practice as a lawyer or chartered accountant, or willingness to obtain such qualifications.
Excellent knowledge of English;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
Flexible and dynamic approach.
A post-graduate specialisation in Tax Law would be a definite plus.
