We are looking for talented thesis students to join our R&D; Department and contribute to innovative projects at the intersection of energy systems, data analytics, and intelligent technologies.

Available thesis topics:

- Grid Parameters Real-Time Estimation
- Data-Driven Analysis of PCS Components
- Intelligent MCP-Driven Predictive Maintenance: From Anomaly Detection to Automated Action
- RAG-Powered Knowledge Assistant for Engineering Teams

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers, work on impactful technologies, and turn your academic knowledge into practical solutions.

If you’re eager to learn, build, and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (MSc) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields, and looking for a thesis opportunity.
- Interest in energy systems, data-driven methods, or AI-based solutions
- Good communication skills in English

Location: Hybrid Remote; Office based in Milan.
