Responsibilities

- Participate with the HR Director and Area Managers in the National Committee to define the strategy for the annual payroll and people budget in store.
- Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee execution of a plan to address them using talent‑management tools and resources.
- Facilitate, execute and/or participate in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as required.
- Translate business‑unit strategy and create short‑ and mid‑term HR initiatives that support the business strategy for assigned clients.
- Support Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area that is coherent with the company’s vision.
- Define recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and set the proper strategy.
- Monitor the network climate (identify any potential environmental issues, guaranteeing consistency and fairness within different areas).
- Lead communication flows between Area Managers, Stores and the HR Department.
- Supervise respect of existing policies and coordinate with Area Managers disciplinary actions required.
- Support the implementation of business‑unit specific development strategies; drive or coordinate the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength.
- Establish the training strategy with the L&D; Manager and assure cascading above all retail.
- Deliver and deploy the company’s training strategy, leading and coordinating all learning and development initiatives.
- Embody the Sephora values and act as a Sephora Ambassador.
- Promote, implement, and communicate activities,



policies, regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues.
- Ensure proper management of labor disputes, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances in collaboration with legal advisors, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Act as a change agent.

Qualifications

- 5+ years in on‑field HR roles, preferably in retail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Proactive, adaptable, and aligned with Sephora’s values.
- Willingness to travel for business needs.
