MAIN TASKS:
The candidate will report to the Head of Finance and Administration and will be in charge of the following activities:
• Management of vendors master data;
• Contracts management and repository;
• Vendors qualification management;
• Purchase orders and purchase requisitions;
• Support to the cost allocation, on the basis of the PO;
• Support to the business lines for any procurement activity.

Moreover, the candidate will have the chance to:
o Be involved in the optimization of internal processes;
o Support other Company departments in the contracts management (qualification, subcontracting, policies, penalties, accounting)à) and its invoicing;
o Be involved in the vendors selection;
o Manage vendors operational,



economic and sustainability KPIs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
o A Master’s degree in Economics is preferred;
o Experience of 2 to 4 years in the procurement office of a middle/big company
o Good knowledge of procurement processes, the regulations governing contracts between companies and suppliers, and business requirements;
o Good knowledge of MS Officebuon utilizzo degli strumenti informatici;
o Good command of English;
o Ability to self-organize and problem solving.
