Prometeia, one of the leading European companies in Risk and Wealth Management solutions and services for institutional investors, is looking for a resource to be included in the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The team offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries active on the national territory, carrying out projects in particular in the following areas:
- Strategic business planning: definition of business strategies and preparation of business plans
- M&A; advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary finance operation, from market scouting to the valuation of individual assets/companies, from operational support in the M&A; process to negotiation support for the conclusion of deals.
- Transformation management:



redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutions

MAIN TASKS:
- Leading working teams in several project initiatives across various industries, mainly focused on FIG market
- Day-to-day leadership of complex client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial processes
- Capacity to analyse client contexts and related business environments, including competitors and market trends
- Financial, economic and general business knowledge in financial markets
- Realization of economic-financial and equity projections
- Identification of most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performance
- Evaluation of the economic value of banking and industrial operators, company branches, individual portfolios, in the context of extraordinary operations
- Drafting of documents functional to business development and exp
