Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions related to products and services.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are getting maximum value from our offerings.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system for continuous improvement and effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer experience and retention.




- Keep abreast of industry trends and company products to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or customer success roles is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to resolve problems efficiently and enhance the customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in standard office applications.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
