Position Overview

As a Travel and Logistics Coordinator within the Relocations Team, your primary responsibility will be to guide travelers through their booking journeys and ensure that their travel experiences are hassle-free, enjoyable, and stress-free. From handling bookings to managing post-travel concerns, you will be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and partners alike. Your role will involve managing reservations, assisting with customer service needs, and addressing any challenges they may face before, during, or after their trip.

Key Responsibilities
- Booking Assistance: Provide support to customers making online bookings for hotels, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
- Telephone Sales & Service: Handle incoming customer calls for booking services, sales inquiries, and post-booking assistance.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and with a solution-oriented approach.
- Problem Solving: Manage complex situations such as booking changes, cancellations, and issues with suppliers (e.g., hotels) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supplier & Client Management: Communicate effectively with both suppliers and customers, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
