In this role, you will provide essential support to users of our streaming platform, helping them navigate and enjoy their viewing experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking users via email, live chat, and telephone, assisting them with inquiries about the streaming platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to account management, streaming quality, and content accessibility.
- Provide guidance on platform features, helping users maximize their experience and enjoyment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and suggest improvements to the platform.
- Stay updated on current streaming trends, platform features, and troubleshooting methods to ensure high-quality support.




- Follow up with users post-resolution to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering issues.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support, preferably within the streaming or entertainment industry.
- A strong understanding of streaming technologies and user behavior.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Experience with CRM or support ticket systems is advantageous.
- A self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently in a dynamic work environment.
