POSITION SUMMARYThe resource will be part of the Front Office department and will perform the following tasks:Welcoming customersAssigning roomsProviding information or assistance to customersManaging reservationsReceiving and handling customer complaintsAnalyzing and identifying customer needsReceiving and sorting phone callsFilling out forms and documentsContacting the various departments of the facility to meet customer needsManaging payments and customer data in line with company policiesManaging guest complaints and needsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.Related Work Experience: Related work experience.Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.License or Certification: NoneA fluent Knowledge of both Italian and English languages is requiredAt Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
