ppSowind Group is seeking a bSales Marketing Coordinator /b based in Italy (Milan area), who will play a key role in supporting commercial operations across Italian and Southern European markets for two iconic high watchmaking Maisons, Ulysse Nardin and Girard?Perregaux.
/p pThis is a highly operational, hands?on role at the heart of the business.
You will support Regional Brand Directors and act as a key link between Headquarters and wholesale partners, ensuring that commercial execution runs smoothly in an environment where agility, autonomy, and problem?solving skills are essential.
The Sales Marketing Coordinator ensures seamless coordination between Headquarters and wholesale partners, combining strong operational precision with a commercial and brand?driven mindset.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage invoicing processes in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
/li liMonitor outstanding payments and support follow?up activities.
/li liMaintain and update sales and customer data in ERP systems.
/li liPrepare regular sales reports and performance analysis using Excel and ERP data (sell?in, sell?out, inventory).
/li liCoordinate product allocations and daily commercial requests between Headquarters and wholesale partners (invoices, consignments, loan items, etc.).
/li liSupport smooth and efficient execution of all sales operations across markets.
/li /ul h3Marketing Distribution Coordination /h3 ul liEnsure consistent brand visibility across wholesale partner channels (online and in?store) in line with corporate guidelines.
/li liCoordinate the distribution of marketing and POS materials, including ordering, tracking, and stock management.
/li liSupport co?marketing initiatives and events with Headquarters, wholesale partners, and suppliers, including budget tracking and reporting.
/li liAssist in CRM activations, localization of HQ materials (incl. translations), and monthly press coverage reporting.
/li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar field /li li3–5 years of experience in a Sales and/or Marketing coordination role, ideally within the luxury sector /li liExperience in the watch industry is a strong advantage /li listrong command of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems is required /li liHighly organized, detail?oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment /li liProactive, solution?driven, and customer?focused mindset /li liFluent in English (C1) and native in the local language; French is a plus /li /ul h3What we have to offer /h3 pAn entrepreneurial culture where autonomy, trust, and initiative are highly valued.
