The Role As a Trade Development Manager, you'll be the face of Monster Energy in the field, building and strengthening relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners.

Your focus will be on increasing visibility, securing new stockists, and ensuring Monster's unique brand presence dominates across your territory.





Executing market activations and promotions in Ancona Coaching and training distribution partner teams Winning new independent retail accounts while supporting existing ones Ensuring the right product mix and distribution in-store Driving placement of POS materials and merchandising Delivering market insights and timely reporting About You Experienced in sales, ideally within FMCG or the drinks industry Self?motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient A strong communicator with excellent selling xrdztoy and negotiation skills Confident working independently but also a true team player Flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast?paced environment Fluent in Italian with solid Business English skills Holder of a driving licence and comfortable with travel across Marche At Monster, you're not just joining a business – you're joining a movement.
