OverviewWe're hiring an IT Specialist – Europe & Canada.
Atlantic Gate is looking for a proactive IT Specialist to join our growing team, based in Genoa, Italy, and strengthen our IT capabilities across Europe and Canada.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to exciting IT projects across the business.What You'll DoProvide hands-on IT helpdesk support to internal usersMaintain and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Linux servers, and internal systemsManage and troubleshoot networks, firewalls, switches, and serversSupport remote environments (Citrix, VDI, Remote Desktop)Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and IT infrastructureParticipate in and deliver IT projects,



including documentation and planningPerform regular system maintenance and improvementsWhat You BringDegree in Computer Science or related fieldFirst experience in IT support or system administration (1+ year)Solid knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructureExperience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and IT support toolsStrong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindsetTeam-oriented with excellent communication skillsFluent in EnglishNice To HaveCertifications like CCNA or ITILExperience in logistics or freight forwarding environmentsWhy join us?
