Your Key Responsibilities:

As the vital link for our Italian-speaking clients, you will:
- Deliver exceptional and empathetic customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Professionally handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.




- Collaborate with a diverse, international team to represent leading global brands and enhance the customer experience.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Required: Full professional fluency in Italian (C1/C2 level) and conversational English (B2).
- A positive, customer-centric attitude with superb natural communication skills.
- Comfort with technology and a strong willingness to learn new systems.
- EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
- The excitement and adaptability to relocate to Greece starting September 2025.
