Purpose of Position: We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Operator to support ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, coordinate structural interventions and building modifications at the company headquarters. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the development of new production line layouts for process optimization and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance.
- Intervention in case of malfunctioning of systems and troubleshooting, removal of faulty components, replacement and repair of the same.
- Technical resolution of problems encountered in the production plants.
- Format changes, tooling and line start-up tests.
- Carrying out repairs in the workshop.
- Testing and compliance tests.
Qualifications
- Education: Technical education.
- Professional Skills:
Knowledge of industrial plants; ability to find and repair malfunctions; proficient use of tools; knowledge in mechanical and pneumatic fields.
- Experiences: 5 years or more in productive industrial departments.
- Computer Skills: Excel.
- Behavioural requirements: Problem solving; team working ability; ability to work autonomously; willingness to work in shifts and be available during weekends every 4 weeks.
