ppIn this role, you will drive the Control Center evolution within Hitachi Rail’s OCC, coordinating system integration and deliverables across signalling, SCADA, and telecoms in a safety-critical environment. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure design, validation and commissioning align with project milestones, contributing to safer, more reliable rail operations. This is a hands‑on, multi‑disciplinary position based in Italy with a focus on delivering customer‑ready OCC solutions and managing interfaces across engineering, VV, and RAMS. You’ll help shape the design and deployment of critical rail control systems at scale. /pulliManage the full lifecycle of the OCC Work Package from design to commissioning /liliPlan and deliver activities in line with project milestones; monitor progress, costs and resources /liliReport status, risks and performance to WPL, Project Engineer and Project Manager /liliCoordinate engineering activities related to OCC systems: system integration, interfaces, architecture, configuration and validation /liliEnsure integration and standardization of OCC technologies (Signalling,



SCADA, GSM-R/FRMCS, power supply, trackside equipment) /liliSupport requirements management and traceability from identification to validation /liliSupport RAMS activities and safety case contributions /liliAssist on‑site commissioning and entry‑into-service phases /liliEnsure deliverables are ready for customer acceptance; act as primary OCC contact for the customer /liliInterface with internal departments (Engineering, VV, Installation, Safety, RAMS) /liliDegree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Computer Science, or Transport Engineering) /liliKnowledge of system integration and interface management /liliExperience with Operation Control Center and Traffic Management Systems /liliProblem‑solving in complex and safety‑critical environments /liliEffective communication and stakeholder management /liliResults‑oriented with delivery focus /liliLanguages: Fluent English; Italian or other languages a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
