Our team is the core of our success and together we are unbeatable. /pp Do you want to make a difference? /pp Join us and shape the future of the packaging industry! /pp We are looking for a Quality Safety Manager to ensure product quality, compliance with customer requirements, and workplace safety within our manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for driving quality excellence, managing quality processes, and promoting a strong safety culture across the plant. /pp The candidate will organize activities, setting priorities, and ensuring effective collaboration with production and other plant functions to achieve continuous improvement objectives. /pp Key Responsibilities: /pulli Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System and safety standards /lili Ensure compliance with customer specifications, internal procedures,
and applicable regulations /lili Oversee production quality controls and finished product release processes /lili Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions /lili Lead internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives /lili Monitor quality KPIs and promote quality and safety awareness throughout the organization /lili Perform regular safety walks and support workplace safety improvement actions /lili Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and contribute to sustainability initiatives /li /ulp Requirements: /pulli Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Sciences, or a related field /lili Previous experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment (experience in packaging/folding carton production is considered a plus) /lili Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies /lili Understanding of safety management systems and sustainability topics /lili Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills /lili Ability to lead and develop a team /lili Good English communication skills are mandatory /li /ulp This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in strengthening quality excellence, operational performance, and safety culture within a dynamic manufacturing environment. /p /p
