Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you drive commercial success and adoption of ABB’s welding software portfolio. You will blend software sales, technical consulting, and customer success to acquire new customers and maximize long-term value. You’ll bridge customer needs with sales and product development to grow ABB’s welding software globally. This is a high-visibility, impact-driven opportunity in a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment.
- Identify and progress new opportunities in the welding market to grow software business
- Own and expand a healthy sales pipeline with local sales teams and channel partners
- Develop commercial account plans and support negotiations to close software opportunities
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts to increase adoption and recurring revenue
- Represent ABB Robotics at industry events to raise market awareness and generate leads
- Support go-to-market activities including product launches, value proposition development, and sales enablement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in software sales, technical sales, business development, sales engineering, or customer success in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing software
- Proven track record in influencing or closing complex B2B software sales
- Experience managing customer relationships throughout the full sales cycle
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Experience in welding, manufacturing, or industrial automation sectors
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in customer-friendly language
- Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for demonstrations and visits
