Salary Range: $102,183.00 (Min.) - $132,838.00 (Mid.) - $163,492.00 (Max.)

Job Summary

The Business Manager III is responsible for managing all aspects of implementation, from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for creating and monitoring performance trends for functional areas, developing and implementing strategies to improve end-to-end business processes and productivity,



managing strategic and transformational enterprise-wide programs and projects that are generally complex and large in scope. Responsible for operation programs related to L.A. Care’s (LAC) line of business programs. This position oversees related business operations, which includes preparing and reviewing ad-hoc reporting, developing communications and other operational obligations.

This position acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), serves as a resource and mentor for other staff.

Function as a strategic partner with the Executive Leadership team to develop communication plans, training plans, and risk management/mitigation plans, executive summaries of needs and plan of records.
