Client & Financial Data Services Specialist – Wealth & Asset Management

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Internal Stakeholder Support
- Act as a daily point of contact for colleagues across the competence line, Business and IT teams, and external clients.
- Understand stakeholder needs, collect and formalize functional requirements,

and ensure clear communication across all parties involved.
- Manage operational activities related to data provisioning and analytical data services (e.g., financial analytics, risk metrics, product data)
- Support coordination activities including prioritization of client tickets, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication flow among multiple teams

Data Quality & Operations
- Supervise client requests and monitor tasks assigned to various internal teams
- Verify the correct functioning of procedures supporting ongoing data processing services
- Monitor operational workflows, conduct data quality checks, and support anomaly/ticket handling
- Contribute to operational reporting and documentation (KPIs, audit logs, activity tracking)

Process Improvement & Coordination
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics and WAM teams to enhance processes and operational procedures
- Participate in initiatives
