Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
As a JIM Supervisor, you don’t just run a gym, you shape how it feels to be there. At The Social Hub, JIM is a different kind of gym, one designed for connection, curiosity, and shared energy. Wellbeing isn’t just about reps, it’s measured in laughter, presence, and belonging.
You’ll manage the space, guide the experience, and lead a team of JIM Hosts who help people feel seen, safe, and welcome. You read the room, curate the atmosphere, and bring the Hub’s culture of joyful movement to life every day. You understand that energy is contagious, and the goal is to win hearts, not exhaust them. You’ll help our community move, connect, and thrive on the gym floor and beyond.
If you love people, movement, and making every moment count, this is your playground.

but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar, and eat and drink escapes, as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
