Join Medtronic Italy’s Value, Access & Policy team, where your work will accelerate access to Medtronic’s life-changing therapies.



You will support the development and execution of Market Access strategies for breakthrough technologies across multiple Operating Units. This role is critical in shaping how therapies are funded, adopted and integrated into the healthcare system, working closely with national and regional stakeholders to overcome access barriers and enhance care delivery.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Support the development and execution of market access and reimbursement strategies to enable patient access to Medtronic therapies within the Italian healthcare system
- Identify key access barriers and contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions, including outcome-based models and local pilot initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Development, and Government Affairs to ensure alignment between access strategies and business priorities
- Partner with EMEA HEPR team
