Ferrero, in Alba, Piedmont, Italy, seeks a Microbiology Laboratory Specialist to manage routine microbiology analyses for raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods, and to lead validation/calibration activities for lab equipment.

You will support environmental monitoring and cleaning validation in the production plan, ensuring timely results and strict adherence to GMP and GLP standards. A postgraduate in relevant fields and 1–3 years in FMCG are preferred.
