pCanadian Solar is seeking an Engineer Customer Service EP Cube for South Italy.
You will provide after-sales technical support for residential energy storage systems, assisting customers and installers with troubleshooting, commissioning, and performance analysis.
/ppYou will collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, and Engineering to resolve escalations, relay customer feedback, and support product improvements.
Travel up to 20% may be required.
