Your role and responsibilities
As an Associate, you will support the Private Equity investment team in Milan through the entire deal lifecycle,



providing analytical and research support for potential transactions, active participation in the due diligence phase. The Associate will also be involved in the origination and portfolio management.
Key responsibilities will include:
Conducting Market Research: analysing sectors and market segments, conducting market mapping and reviewing market trends
Financial Analysis: performing detailed financial analysis for potential investments, including building LBO models, conducting sensitivity analysis, and assessing data sets with accuracy
Due Diligence: drafting IMs, financial statements, and other relevant materials to identify potential risks and opportunities, collaborating closely with internal teams and external advisors
Investment Committee memos support: preparing internal investment committee memos and presentations, summarizing key findings and strategic recommendations
Origination: supporting in the evaluation and identification of new potentia
