We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in the semiconductor industry to join our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering and technical talent, supporting business growth across cutting-edge semiconductor programs.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
What You Can Expect




We are seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter with deep sourcing expertise to own end-to-end recruiting for highly specialized engineering roles across semiconductor design, verification, physical design, process engineering, optical/photonics, and embedded software. You will serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring leaders, bring creative sourcing strategies to a fiercely competitive market, and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities across semiconductor engineering disciplines.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
- Responsible for experienced hires for multiple European countries such as Romania, Switzerland, and Italy. Will act as the back up recruit
