We are seeking a proactive and versatile Supply Chain Intern to join the Supply Chain Team at Bolton Food in Milan.
In this role, you will support both the Customer Service and Demand Planning teams, gaining hands-on experience across key supply chain processes while contributing to day-to-day operations.How you make the differenceAs a Supply Chain Intern, you will support different areas of the Supply Chain Italy team, with a focus on customer service and demand planning.
You will help ensure efficient operations, maintain accurate data, and work with cross-functional teams to improve overall performance.How your agenda looks like:Supporting the Demand Planning team in forecasting activities, data collection, and analysis to enable accurate production planning;Assisting the Customer Service & Master Data team with reporting, order management, and sales delivery processes;Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between customer orders, inventory levels,



and demand plans;Gaining hands-on experience with supply chain tools and IT systems to support operational workflows and reporting activities.Your team:You will report to the Demand Manager Italy and work closely with the Demand Planning and Customer Service teams.
In this role, you will collaborate with these teams and other internal stakeholders, gaining broad exposure across the supply chain function.What makes you a great fit:Education: Final-year Masters student/Recent Graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;Strong analytical mindset with good proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;Local Language: Italian (required); proficiency in English is also required;Proactive and eager to gain hands-on experience while developing supply chain capabilities;Strong interpersonal skills aimed at building solid and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders;Ability to plan work according to priorities and urgencies, with a critical approach focused on data and excellence in execution; Whats in for you:Work location: Milan, ItalyContract type: 6-month internshipWorking hours: Full-time, standard business hours with the possibility of remote workBoltonFoodTE Disponibilita oraria: Tempo pieno
