ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs HR Generalist, you will provide essential HR support to managers and employees across Italy, supporting performance management, coaching, and compliance programs.
You'll partner with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to deploy programs and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid Milano, Italy setting.
You will help scale HR initiatives, manage investigations, and support culture shifts through targeted programs.
This role offers impact across local teams, helping maintain a positive, compliant work environment within a global matrix organization.
You will be part of a mission-driven team that enables productivity and sustainable growth for Rockwell Automation.
/ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliExecute performance management, coaching, and employee development activities for managers and teams /liliSupport compliance, investigations, and employee relations with HRBP and Legal collaboration /liliLead local deployment of HR programs (e.g., payroll changes, SAP implementation, CoE initiatives)
