/h3pResponsibilities: /pulliDevelop and achieve planned maintenance on equipment.
/liliEnsure maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
/liliTrain maintenance staff to achieve cross functional expertise in machines, auxiliary equipment and automation.
/liliDevelop Standard work, help maintenance manager in continuous improvement of efficiency of the department.
/liliPerform root cause analysis for unplanned downtime and institute resolutions to mitigate recurrence /liliCreate, develop and update technical specifications for the equipment together with engineering team /liliProvide detailed technical reports about equipment status.
/liliActively participate in HSE initiatives and promote electrical and mechanical safety.
/liliEnsure tools, parts and work instructions are available for predicted and preventive repairs.
/liliFollow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards.
/liliInteractions: All functional areas of Production /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven track record of 5+ years in a maintenance or technical related role /liliExperience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture /liliKnowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation /liliSome experience in manufacturing is preferred /liliBasic math skills and good use of logic /liliExcellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks /liliMotivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work /liliHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail /liliPriorities setting capabilities, time management and flexibility /liliPLC programming, Trouble shooting and learning /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pThis position offers an annual compensation of ************** Euro gross.
