Based in our dynamic office in Milan, you will join our growing team of Sales Representatives that are playing a crucial role in Flexport European growth plans. Strategically and with a lot of creativity you will be tasked to getting in touch with good fit companies that want to engage in a conversation with Flexport. Responsibilities * Identify and create new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe. * Work with Account Executives all over Europe to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities. * Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, and other social mediums. This role will give you the opportunity to learn how global trade works from the ground up and build the foundation for your career in tech sales. Shadowing and helping Account Executives in meetings and other activities to help you acquire the skills you'll need for your next role on the Flexport sales team. We view our sales development teams as the talent engine for the rest of the sales organisation, giving you the tools to be empowered and take your sales and consultative skills to the next level. You'll be joining a sales team that emphasises great culture, success and career development, making this a fun & dynamic place to work. Qualifications We are looking for high?energy people who want to learn and develop their sales skills. You should be an enthusiastic communicator who loves being on the phone and adding value to customers, able to empathise and present solutions to suit their needs. This role would suit someone who has a bachelor's degree or higher and is commercially minded with some sales or commercial experience. Above all,
you're solution?oriented and adaptable to a fast?moving tech environment. Fluent language knowledge in Italian and English (both spoken and written) is required. Salary Base gross salary (RAL) range: €25,600 - €35,200 EUR per year. Base salary is one part of Flexport's total rewards, which also include bonus, equity, and the local benefits offered in your country.
