About the position We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven CFO to lead the finance function of a fast-growing Retail Unit across Europe (consumer electronics). Acting as a key business partner to the CEO of Retail Business Unit, you will drive profitability, support multi-channel growth (offline, e-commerce, marketplaces), and ensure strong financial governance. Responsibilities * Lead financial strategy and support business growth across European markets * Own P&L; performance, with focus on margins, channel and category profitability * Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes * Optimize working capital (inventory, cash flow, stock efficiency) * Obtain necessary financing facilities to enable growth * Partner with commercial teams on pricing, promotions, and expansion initiatives * Ensure accurate reporting (IFRS)
