You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, problem solving, and continuous improvement. Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE‑XAO/ETAP CAD‑CAE software solutions. If you enjoy working closely with people, delivering high‑quality training, and being part of a dynamic technical environment, this role is an excellent fit. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver technical training sessions on IGE‑XAO/ETAP electrical CAD‑CAE software to customers and partners. /li liProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance. /li liPrepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources. /li liCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback. /li liAssist in pre‑sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities. /li /ul h3Essential Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields. /li liExperience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills.



/li liAbility to analyse technical problems and propose effective solutions. /li liWillingness to work on‑site tempo pieno in Bergamo. /li /ul h3Desired Skills /h3 ul liGood command of the English language, both written and spoken. /li liFamiliarity with IGE‑XAO or ETAP products. /li liStrong teamwork attitude, openness to feedback, and collaborative mindset. /li liCuriosity for learning new technologies and commitment to continuous improvement. /li liReliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach in supporting customers and colleagues. /li /ul pETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
