ppWe are looking for an energetic and process driven bSupplier Quality Engineer /b to join our HQ Purchasing Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). /ppIn this role, you will be in charge of the management, monitoring and improvement of the performance of the supply chain. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliCoordinate the development and industrialization of suppliers /liliDevelop quality documentation regarding the control of supplies /liliManage “time planning” of suppliers until components/products delivery /liliPromote corrective actions in case of deviations of product particularities /liliGuarantee the support to purchasing department in evaluating and confirming new suppliers /liliGuarantee the support to RD department to develop new component / equipment /liliIdentify new technologies and supply opportunities /liliImprove current processes so as to remove potential obstacles and defects /li /ulh3About You /h3pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. /ppWhat you should bring: /pulliMaster's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronic) /lili3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role /liliBackground as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager,



RD Engineer /liliKnowledge of industrial processes and technologies /liliAPQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) /liliPrevious experience in automotive, white goods and automatic industries is considered a plus /liliProblem Solving attitude and 8D, A3 methodology (6sigma) /liliProcess Auditing experience /li /ulh3Compensation Data /h3pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
