HSPI S.p.A., a company of the TXT Group, is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to expand and strengthen the team at its Sondrio office. Main responsibilities: * Coordinate a team of approximately 15 people, including developers, analysts, and testers; * Lead and oversee the team's activities on the ServiceNow platform; * Plan and manage IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies; * Manage customer relationships (customer management); * Align the team's activities with project objectives and client needs; * Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication; * Monitor project progress, performance, and results. Required technical skills: * Experience in IT project management; * Ability to manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies; * Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform; * Experience in the operational management of technical teams (developers, analysts, testers); * Skills in client management and project deliverables. The ideal candidate also possesses strong coordination skills, the ability to work effectively in a team,



and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Education: Diploma or degree in STEM subjects.
