As Senior Product Manager for Power Train in Bologna, you own the portfolio from MV distribution to rack‑level systems, coordinating cross‑functional efforts to maximize value and availability. You will define roadmaps, gather market needs, and shape go‑to‑market plans to drive revenue and profitability.

The role binds engineering, operations, and sales to deliver integrated Power Train solutions, including UPS, batteries, switchgears, PDU, and related systems. You’ll influence strategic priorities and stakeholder alignment to enable growth in critical infrastructure markets.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Manage full lifecycle of the Power Train portfolio (NPDI, line extensions, updates, phase‑in/out).
- Gather and prioritize requirements from sales, consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users.
- Define VOC and support business cases for new developments and enhancements.
- Research market trends, demand drivers, and competitor positioning in Power Train markets.
- Develop regional go‑to‑market plans and support sales/marketing strategies.
- Manage product line profitability, pricing guidance, forecasts, and corrective actions.
- Support sales with technical positioning, training, and competitive comparisons.
- Prepare technical presentations, training, launch materials, and sales enablement collateral.




- Coordinate with operations, engineering, and supply chain to improve lead time, availability, and lifecycle support.
- Collaborate with consultants to secure project specifications for Power Train solutions.
- Attend industry events to boost market visibility and gather intelligence.
- Communicate updates on product performance, market developments, and strategic opportunities to senior management.

Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years in product management, technical marketing, or related fields in power distribution or electrical infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution and critical infrastructure technologies.
- Ability to translate customer needs into roadmaps, business cases, and commercial actions.
- Strong commercial acumen for growth, profitability, pricing, and portfolio priorities.
- English proficiency at business level (C1).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder influence across sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and supply chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/planning tools.
- Motivated, self‑driven, and goal‑oriented; willingness to travel as needed.
