Our Extremities division is seeking a commercially driven and people-focused Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across North & Central Italy.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving regional growth, developing talent, strengthening customer relationships, and leading both direct and indirect sales channels within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, you will play a critical role in accelerating business performance while helping teams successfully navigate organizational growth and change.
Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales organization across direct and indirect channels
Drive commercial performance and ensure achievement of financial targets
Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline and accurate forecasting process
Develop strategic relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare stakeholders




Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives within the region
Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
Advanced English level (C1)
5+ years of successful commercial experience within sales and/or marketing roles
Demonstrated success in achieving commercial targets
Experience within the Medical Devices industry
Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience managing both direct and indirect sales models
Italy: €58.100 - €96.800 EUR Annual
