Bolton is seeking an International Sales Area Manager to lead key EU markets from our Milan HQ. You will manage distributors and direct B&M; retailers, oversee ex-works and local sales, and drive revenue and margin growth while coordinating with other functions to implement company strategies.

You will define annual client plans, monitor KPIs, and prepare monthly forecasts. Regular travel to markets and participation in trade shows are required to ensure strong market presence and growth.
